Foren Shop is the online storefront operated by Foren Ecommerce, a private limited company registered in India with its registered office at Unit 402, Orchid Business Park, Plot 14, Sector 7, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210, India. We have been trading since 2026.
We run a straightforward retail business: we list products, we take orders, we pack and dispatch them, and we stand behind what we sell. There is no membership to buy and no obligation to keep shopping with us — the price you see at checkout is the price of the order in front of you.
What we sell
Our catalogue covers mobiles and electronics, fashion, home and kitchen appliances, and everyday grocery. Listings are prepared from information supplied by the brand, the manufacturer or our sourcing partners, together with our own photography and descriptions.
Wherever a listing makes a claim about a product, we aim to make it checkable:
- Specifications, contents and pack sizes are stated on the product page as declared by the manufacturer.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the listing says otherwise.
- Where a product carries a manufacturer or brand warranty, the listing says so, along with the warranty period.
- Where a product is not eligible for return — a perishable, a hygiene or personal-care item, a made-to-order piece — the listing says that too, before you buy.
Colours can differ slightly between a screen and the physical product, and packaging is occasionally updated by manufacturers without notice. Where a difference is material rather than cosmetic, it is covered by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
How an order works
From basket to doorstep, every order passes through the same five stages:
- You add items to your basket and place the order. We show the full amount payable — item prices, delivery charge and applicable taxes — before you confirm.
- We confirm the order once payment succeeds, or once a cash-on-delivery order has been verified. You receive a confirmation carrying an order number.
- We pick, pack and hand the order to our courier partner, and send you a dispatch notification with tracking details.
- The courier delivers to the address on the order. You can follow the shipment from your account at any time.
- If something is wrong with what arrives, you raise a return or a replacement within the published window and we take it from there.

What we commit to
- Honest pricing
- One price at the top of the page and the same price at checkout, in ₹, with delivery and any other charge shown separately before you pay. We do not add charges after an order is confirmed.
- Genuine goods
- We buy from manufacturers, brand-authorised distributors and established suppliers, and we do not knowingly list counterfeit stock. If you receive something you believe is not genuine, tell us and we will investigate and put it right.
- Clear delivery estimates
- Estimates on the product page and at checkout are our honest expectation for your PIN code, not a best case. Where a delay happens, we would rather tell you than let the date pass quietly.
- Careful handling of your data
- We collect what an order actually requires and protect it with reasonable security practices. What we collect and why is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
- A grievance route that works
- A named Grievance Officer, published contact details, and acknowledgement and resolution within the timelines expected of online sellers in India.
Where we deliver
We deliver to more than 19,000 serviceable PIN codes across India. Serviceability depends on our courier partners' coverage for a given PIN code, so you can check whether we reach you by entering your PIN code on any product page before ordering.
We sell within India only. All prices, charges and refunds are in Indian Rupees (₹).
